Migraines and TTC

I have been having a HORRIBLE migraine for the last 2 days... nothing seems to work! I have read everyone elses posts about migraines and I tried Tylenol, Midol, Tylenol cold and sinus, and ibuprofen. I was just wondering if migraines is a symptom of pregnancy? My husband and I have been trying to concieve for almost a year now... I dont want to get my hopes up but it seems like it will never happen. Does my migraines have anything to do with the possibility of being pregnant? I am due to O on dec2 and we are counting down the days till I can test... Can anyone help?
