Miscarriage and infection

i recently had a miscarriage and didn't know that i couldn't have intercourse well i had intercourse and think i have and infection my gyno gave me some antibiotic and i'm suppose to be taking in 4 times a day but i keep missing it i haven't been taking it like i should if this continues could this result in not being able to have kids? or what will happen if it continues what should i do should i tell my doctor to give me another prescription or just take the rest of the prescription i have and then have her check to see if i still have an infection?

Well... sorry about your loss.... as for the infection as long as it gets treated there is no reason why shouldn't be able to have kids. Once you complete you antibiotics course you need to go back to your DR to confirm there is no more infection ..if there is then more likley he would prescibe you with another course which you need to ensure to take on time and complete it fully. Im sure it all will be fine... Infection can cause infertility in very rare cases and in sever infections were the womb or other part/s of the reproductive system has been completely damaged by the infection which I realy dout in your case. You would have had sever pain..... Just ensure you have it checked and complete your medication courses.
