Miscarriage

Well yesterday night 12am It started the horrible pain and bleeding. I went into the hospital and they did a transvaginal u/s it took them 2 hrs im like hello im in pain here., Damn then the ob gyn came and did an exam she was explain to me about a biobsy earlier to see where the baby might be located but while she was doing my exam she could see some tissue coming out of my cervix. She removed a lot and sent it to pathology, Now im bleeding a lil bit still i know this is kinda detail but when i went more tissue came out of me and i new it was tissue bceause it was hard and not stringy like blood. The dr said i still might have more to pass, but im worried. Im not in any pain now, just had that tissue come out of me. Ive never experienced a m/c so im wondering if this is normal and ill be alright., I dont want to have to go back to the hospital again for no reason! Ya know they basically told me it looked like i was passing it on my own., but i dont know! How long do you usually bleed for? im just all around confused. Please anyone sharing this experience please get back to me ASAP!

I'm so sorry hun...I went through it in November. I started bleeding and about 2 days later I started cramping kinda bad for about an hour. Went to the bathroom and passed everything...tissue, clots, blood...and than I was fine. The pain went away and I bled for about 3 more days. 5 in total.
You might continue to pass more tissue or clots...and you'll prolly bleed for a few more days. Just monitor your body...it's going to be an awful experience and I'm sorry you have to go through this. Just try and relax until everything is passed. If you're concerned about anything, go to the hospital.

Yeah I prolly am just passing everything myself. Im not in any pain. Just passing a few clots and tissue, I just a worry wart anyways. This whole experience is really heartbreaken.

Sorry for you loss, I passed mine naturally and I bleed for about a week and a half. Then the blood stopped and five days later i started bleeding again. Really it depends on how far you were. I was about seven weeks along although, I didnt have any pain whatsoever.

Sorry for you loss. 2 weeks ago the sazme thing happened to me.  I passed everything on my own and i bleed for about 6 days so it should stopp in the next few days.  I was 6 wks along but i passed tissue at home also and only cramped with the passing of the tissue.  hope things get better for you.

Yea it's perfectly normal to worry...and you're right, it's a completely heart breaking experience that no one should ever have to go through. But unfortunately women do...I'm so sorry. We're here if you need to talk. XO
