Missed 3 period 4 test neg, spotting lite pink?

Hello I really hope someone could help me here, my last full period started on feb 17 its now may 20 so I have missed 3 periods I was hopeful that I was pregnant my husband & I have been trying for over 2 years now. I took 4 test & all were neg. I've had some stomach pain on the lower left & also some sharp pains that come and go on the right side of my pelvis. Over the weekend I started to lightly spot a pinkish brown color I thought this was my period coming but the spotting went away for the rest of the day. Today I begun to spot very lite again. What could be wrong with me?
I am concernd & very worried however I can not get to a doctor until june- does anyone know what could be happening? Is it posible that I am pregnant? How accurate are test? My periods are fairly normal and for me to have missed 3 in a row is very odd. I am hopeful to be pregnant but with the neg testing I dont know.. please help.

u may need blood work. or this mayb it. u could be pregnant now. and just stressed ur period away in the past. baby dust gud luck.
