Missed pills and now spotting

Hi, I am currently in the final week of my contraceptive pill. However, I have missed two pills of this pack, when i remembered i'd missed them i took them the following day. Yesterday and today i have noticed i am loosing just a sight amount of very light pink blood. The intercourse i had when i missed the pills was around 10 days ago. Could this be implantation bleeding? My partner also says i am moody and that my boobs feel bigger, i dont feel that different myself, other than a few slight heavy feelings in my lower stomach, similar to those of feeling like you are due on your period, i till have 5 pills left in my pack. Should i wait to see if i miss my period before doing a home pregnancy test, or do one now as i a continuing to take the pill? Please advice.
