if the sac was not present/ deformed, it would result in miscarriage although the technician was not too alarmed or would ave told you this. your baby is obviously developing well and having an inverted uterus may mean it takes longer to see the whole picture? do not worry too much as someone would have gotten back to you. enjoy your pregnancy before the joys of sickness starts lol :)
