Missing/Hidden Yolk Sac?

Hi all. I just had my first ultrasound today. My GA was 6 weeks4 days. A feta pole with a heartbeat of 123bpm was present. However, the technician was unsure of the yolk sac. He thought he saw it behind the fetal pole. He also stated I have an inverted uterus. Should I be concerned? He did not feel a IVU was needed and stated everything was ok. I am still worried though. Is it that the TAU just couldnt see the yolk sac or could it not be there? I phoned my dr but she was out for the weekend. I figured if it was serious she would have contacted me this afternoon after reveiving the results. I have searched online and rarely found my issue. It was most common sac but not fetal pole or heartbeat! The only times I found the same situation were all ominous! Any feedback or women experiencing the same thing? Thanks ladies!

I think it's impossible to have a heartbeat and not have a sac. I'm sure it's there. It will show at your next ultrasound.

if the sac was not present/ deformed, it would result in miscarriage although the technician was not too alarmed or would ave told you this. your baby is obviously developing well and having an inverted uterus may mean it takes longer to see the whole picture? do not worry too much as someone would have gotten back to you. enjoy your pregnancy before the joys of sickness starts lol :)
