Molar Pregnancy?

Hi, I am seven weeks pregnant with my fourth child and recently went for an ultrasound. The u/s showed a fetus in the gestational sac but poorly defined. There was no heartbeat detected in this scan and the the scan said that it was a possible molar pregnancy due to size and ia not typical  fetal structure? I have never had any problems with my three other children and wonder if it is just to early to see a heartbeat and proper shape etc? My hcg levels are rising (not over the top results as I have investigated with molar pregnancies) normally and I still have morning sickness and tender breasts/tiredness? I have a specialist appointment in a weeks time. Has anyone else been through this or can tell me any information? Your help would be appreciated, many thanks xx.

hey, i got my first US when i was 8 weeks and 2 days and they heartbeat and fetal structure was seen clearly,but the fetus grows at a rapid rate at that time im told, so maybe they got a weird angle or the fetus just needs to catch up... Im generally really optimistic with this stuff, but of course, i dont know everything on pregnancy, but im reading up.  Hope all works out!!!  P.S. what is a Molar pregnancy??

A molar pregnancy is a mass of abnormal tissue (hydatidiform mole) that comes from the placenta inside the uterus, which triggers symptoms of pregnancy. Its rare about 1 out of 1,000 women chance and can occur from an egg with no chromosones being fertilised by sperm. So they tell me!
