Morning (well any time of day) Sickness

Anyone have any good tips for getting rid of this?

I've tried B6, ginger biccies, tonnes of water, crackers

Nothing has worked so far and I can't afford to be taking lots of time of work right now...any ideas?

Different things work for different ppl.....The only thing I found to work for me was mint, like gum and eating every few hours even if I wasnt hungry....

I had to eat frequently...carbs, like bagels...something heavier than crackers...water seemed to make it worse for me...Hang in there!

I'm 7 weeks tomorrow so hoping I only get it for a couple of weeks.

I don't feel like I will be physically sick but feel like I've got bad hangover belly all day long.  Only stops when I'm asleep (which I was for 16 hours straight last night - mad!)

It really depends. I had "morning" sickness (really all day sickness) from 6 or 7 weeks until 20 weeks with this pregnancy. The only thing that made me feel a little bit better was just eating carbs (or whatever I felt I could get down) and drinking iced tea that was watered down. I tried ginger, crackers, candies, nothing got rid of that feeling. Hopefully you will only get it for a few weeks!!

I'm planning on making some yummy macaroni cheese in oven later so hopefully that might help as pasta and cheese are high in carbs from what I've just read.

It's the only thing that my stomach doesn't pop at when I think about food today lol

i have been taking bonine, the motion sickness medicine. its on my list of medicine to take during preg from my doc. it seems to help me quite a bit. i also found minty gum helps. gingerale and pretzels also.

My macaroni cheese did the trick, I feel much better after filling up on a big portion of pasta - although it did take me about 40 mins to eat between waves of bleurgh feeling lol
