Muscle Relaxers During Pregnancy

I am 22 weeks pregnant and I have an injury stemming from a car accident back in February. I stopped taking all painkillers however I am starting to get muscle spasms in my back again. I was prescribed Flexeril right after the accident and though I've read that this is a Category B drug and shouldn't harm the baby, I was wondering if anyone else has taken this during pregnancy and if there were any effects.
