Does anyone know if you can be pregnant and have no symptoms at all? I got my period but sometimes still feel like im pregnant at the same time. Im still taking prenatal pills just in case i am. Can someone help please!!

when i was preg. with my first child i had no symptoms at all. I also had my period untill i was five months preg. I dident find out i was preg. untill then. The test all came back neg. I dont produce the pregnancy hormone. Just go to the docs.
