Need help with what I should eat being 20 weeks pregnant

by LadyKira, Feb 24, 2009 09:50AM
My boyfriend is allergic to cheese and milk based products, and I'm not. Will this effect my baby if I eat any milk based products? Being that he has an allergy that I'm not sure if it has been passed down or not.
Thank you for any replys to my inquiry.

It's not going to hurt your baby, in fact u need to drink milk and eat cheese, you need the nutrients.

Dairy should be an important part of your diet while pregnant. It doesn't mean your baby will be born allergic.
