Nesting

Anyone else hit the psycho cleaning/rearranging phase known as nesting?  It hit me today when I woke up!  I swear I looked like she-hulk on a cleaning rampage lol!  My house looks spectacular though :-)

Lol it usually happens during 3rd trimester. I had it with my first baby, it almost scared me how crazy I was!

How far along are you? Just curious. It hit me the day before my water broke with my first but a for a good friend, she had it a month or more before delivery.

I'm only first trimester but I've had it BAD! Somehow I'm suddenly madly in love with bleach and my washing machine.

I haven't hit it with this pregnancy yet but at I think 36 weeks with my first it hit hard my husband came home from work and I had rearranged all the furniture, scrubbed baseboards, there was nothing I didn't clean. It wasn't as bad with my second our furniture was too heavy for me to move so I cried instead and my husband did it all for me.

I havent had it at all and I'm 37 weeks.  In fact i've got really uninterested in housework. It hits women at different stages sometimes not until after the pregnancy, so I hear.

So if you want you can come over to my place and give it the once over!! :)

I'm 16 weeks, and I've been rearranging closets and cleaning cabinets. But I'm usually the organized, color-coding iwth a label machine type and I think I'm handling the *BIG* idea of a child in the only way I know how...making things all nice and orderly. I imagine when I truly hit the nesting phase you can find me cleaning my baseboards with a toothbrush...lol.

I'm 18 wks.  I did the same thing with my last pregnancy too.  A mid prego crazy, and end one too lol

Lol! With my second pregnancy, I rented a shampoo machine and did my whole house like 3 times in my last trimester. Talk about leg cramps.

Just kidding, I've already had the carpets done. I'm sure they could use it a few more times lol.
