No cervical discharge?

Hi,
This issue has been bugging me since I got my BFP.  Currently  at 7 weeks 2 days since my last period and am due for an ultrasound this Friday for dating as I'm going to be having a CVS at 11 weeks. I have had ms, sore boobs, heartburn all the usual suspects but no cervical mucus, when I was pregnant with ds who's now 9, I had tonnes of the stuff. But this time nothing, dry as a bone! I find this strange, has anyone gone on to have successful pregnancies without it, I just thought it played a fundamental part with forming the mucus plug? I've had 3 miscarriages so I guess I'm just a little worried D:

I had a ton of CM too but I don't know if it's a must. I think you should call your OB and ask her if it matters or not. Best of luck!

I had much more last pregnancy than this one. Every woman and every pregnancy is different!

I'm about 16 weeks & no cm. Some of my friends have told me beware. Ill ask my obgyn when I see her @ 18weeks if theres a reason for concern.
