No gestational sac

My HCG levels have hit more 1500, I went for an ultrasound today and they couldn't see the gestational sac. We did a vaginal ultrasound. I haven't had any cramping or bleeding. I have felt perfectly fine, the Nurse Practioner had said yesterday that if they didn't see sac today it was most likely ectopic. At my ultrasound the lady said she couldn't see a sac but my uterus was thickening, she also said that there was something there but just too small to measure and since I didn't know when the last day of my period was it was just too hard to determine. It's been really hard on me and hubby has this happened to anybody else?

If you don't know your dates, don't assume anything. Give it more time before you let them jump to conclusions.

gestational sac found last week, going to get another u/s so they can see something inside the gestational sac, very nervous but I feel fine, please say a lil prayer for me! It's been such a rollercoaster pregnancy.
