No period 1week on microgestin, HELP!

I have been taking microgestin for about a year now and this is the first time that this has ever happened. I have been taking inactive pills for 1 week now and I have not gotten my period. I took a home pregnancy test which read negative however I am still nervous. I take my pill regularly for the most part but sometimes am off a few hours and have missed a day but was sure to take it the following morning. My boyfriend and I have had unprotected sex, which is why I took the pregnancy tests. I know that not taking the pill the correct way can decrease its effectiveness however according to the 2 tests that I took I am not pregnant. I am just curious if anyone knows what this week with no period means, or if anyone else has experienced this. HELP!

Taking ur pill a few hrs.late,dont matter.well,u do take ur missed pill the followin morn.thats nice.i gather its been 1 week since u stopped ur inactive pills,and uhavent got ur period.didu start ur next course of pills? may b its just a delayed period.mayb u can do the test after 1 wk, in case u still havent got ur menses.
