No period for 5 months

I had my son Nov 29th 08' and i stopped bleeding 5 weeks after i had him and ive only spottedfor 1 day in the last 5 months...no period. I took a pregnancy test 2 months ago...i took a couple and they were both negative. Why am i not getting my period??? I havent been to a doctor.

Congrats on your baby! Are you breast feeding? Some woman do not get the period when nursing. Also I would take another test just in case, If it's been 2 months since the last. Also, It would be a good idea to go see the doc just in case.

I would definatelty take another test and make a doctors appointment as well. Let me know what happens
