use soap like dish soap and a tad bit of water, you can also use butter or cooking oil. If that doesnt work they will need to be cutCuts and puncture wounds.
hey, i just asked my girl about hers, and she said she actually ended up going to a piercing parlor.....you're talking about breast piercings, right? she said they were able to get them out using some kind of tool.....and that it only hurt when they got them out, and just for a couple days, from where they'd leak some, and then started to heal...
nope my wedding rings and my thumb ring....didn't think about specifying (sorry) but I've tried lotion , soap and cold water I'll try the ice thing....I never thought about it......
I haven't been able to wear my wedding rings since I was 22 weeks...my hand got swollen like that while I was at my dr.'s appointment. The Dr. used the u/s gel to get it off! I haven't put them on since then! I hope you get it off!
Oh no, Brandi! I hope you can get them off!!! When your hands are cold, they sort of "shrink", for lack of better word. So try that and then use something really greasy like cooking oil.
my first E-ring was a half size too small and if i had to get it off, i'd put lotion on, then wash my hands in straight COLD water, using hand soap....and it worked cos the lotion would start "messing up", and mix with the soap, and the cold water would make my fingers shrink.....
i'm SORRY!!!!!i i thought you meant breast rings!!!!!!!!
LOL well the drama's over I got them off but gosh that hurt......I just kept my hands in the cold cold water and eventually they came off.....ouch is all i got to say though.....
If something like that ever happens again, always keep your fingers pointing up, otherwise, the blood rushes to the tips of the fingers and makes them more swollen.
Don't put the rings back on, btw. if it's a wedding ring, you can wear it around your neck and get a cheap silver one to wear in its place.
About 2-3 weeks ago around 19weeks I noticed my wedding band would get too tight during the day, and knowing I swell easily normally, I decided to go to the mall and buy a pretty silver ring with crystals (looks like a wedding ring) 1/2 size larger than what I'd normally wear. $20.
It's still too big 1/2 time but when it's hot out and I start swelling I really, REALLY appreciate having it, ESP. when the wierd guys begin hitting on me, I can just flash the ring. :)
