I took a test yesterday afternoon and it was negative but today i took one with morning urine and it was a faint positive but definately there. I took a pic I will put it up later. I dont know what to do ladies. I love my son and I love being a mom but I dont know how I would handle 2 so close together...

this happened to me.. my baby girl was 7 weeks old and I got pregnant so this was in sept. we were using condoms but somehow I got pregnant anyway.. i too didn't have health insurance i went to teh family planning (free clinic) and got a blood test.. once I was confirmed pregnant i went to the Medicaid office and they gave me medicaid b/c i was pregnant.. then  I saw my old ob... it did end up in miscarriage though ... and I had the same fears as you... how would i take care of both children?? Trust me I understand how you feel... god wouldn't give you  this blessing if he felt you couldn't handle it ... good luck

So I went through this.  Ahaha, and I have the proof of it.  A daughter and a son 10 months 3 weeks apart.  You'd be surprised that it's not even that hard until their both walking, and then you have to hope it's not running in different directions LOL

I would do what pinkbelle said, go into a free clinic and go about it that way!

Thanks ladies. I am going to try to go to planned parenthood this week or next. It was definately a positive... could it be a false positive?

My girlfriend got pregnant with her third child when her son was two months old... it can happen. Also my neighbor has 5 kids 6 and under and is pregnant with her 6th (she has a set of twins). People manage... you will too. What a blessing! Your little one will have a friend to play with!

My two r a yr apart an they r soo close...My son is 2 and my lil girl is 1 they do fight as all siblings will an do but they have a great bond.
I am 9wks an 4days into my 4th pregnancy, an the same questions r filling my thoughts..
You will be fine!
Always ask for help if u need time out, a friend or relative- even with 1 child it gets full on sometimes.
If u r still breastfeeding i suggest stopping at least 2 months before the new baby arrives...I am still breastfeeding my 1 yr old, an plan to stop at 7months pregnant.
Goodluck an Congratulations!!!!

WOW! my mom fell pregnant with my 2nd bro while she was breastfeeding the 1st! they are 10 months apart! Rob was 5 weeks old when my mom fell pregnant with Sean. They are the best of friends tho, my mom says it was like having twins!
Good luck, you will find the strength and it will be worth it when they are older!
Good luck.

Wow!!!  My 2nd child was only 8 months old when I got pregnant with number 3.  I know yours will be closer, but I was still shocked.  Both are girls and they are very close.  And like miss_moo said, for me, it's like having twins.  They get the same of everything and you can't do one thing for one without doing it for the other.  It was hard when they were little, but it's worth it :)

Take care and remember we are all here if you need any help or support.

Havn't your heard having a baby make you extra fertile! LOL No seriously it kicks your body into reporductive mode. My Aunt and cousin both tried for years to get PG, seeing RE's & the whole 9. Well they finally did have their babies, BUT right after BAM PG again no fertility help! They never thought it would happen on it's own after such a hard road getting the first! So needless to say practicing safe wasn't in their minds! Good luck to you! I am hoping for a back to back this time, and then my baby factory will be disabled. LOL
