OUCH!!!!! Migraine again!!

Okay, so the stupid Atarax the doc prescribed me doesnt do squatt for my migraine. I took two extra strength tylenol and and Atarax at bedtime last night, and when I woke up, the right side of my head hurt just as bad, if not WORSE than it did last night. And of course I have to sit in front of this comoputer all day at work, so that obviously, I am sure, doesnt help. Either way, I am here from 7:30 to 6:00 today, long day, but hey...work buys me lunch today. I get to order the good stuff!!! Mmmmm!!! I am thinking Applebees sounds yummy again todays!!!! Anyways ladies...if you have anyomore recommendations for the migraine let me know.

have you tried a chiropractor?  I was having bad headaches, not migraines, but went in and got alined.  Which felt wonderful and haven't had a headache now since.  Just a suggestion.
