Okay, now a question about me...

Okay I just posted a question about my friend... Now the question is about me... I am late on my period by just 3 days, My normal period is the 16th of EVERY month!!!!!!  I had a spotting the 3rd through 7th.of may..Not enough bleeding to be on my period but enough to stain my panties... This is the 2nd time it has happend to me.. 1st time was in Feb. I heard that when your my age (18 -20) That your body goes through alot of changes, and I've heard this is one of them.... Can anyone really tell me what this is.. I know what implantation bleeding is but I've heard that you don't have that untill like your missed period.. Whats the bleeding in the middle of the month? Any help would be AMAZING!!!
