Ok ladies well I had to cancell my appt with the specialist because my DH couldn't come with to the appt. So now I'm having to wait a few months since I'm changing jobs and my inscurance doesn't kick in till after the 90 days is over. Ugh!! Anyway my question is I've noticed I ovulate like right after I end my period. I know everyone is defferent but is this normalNormal saline flush? I mean I thought we were most fertile 2 weeks after our period and it seems to me that I'm ovulating seriouslly like a few days later. Anyway I'm not sure if anyone can answer that for me or if anyone else does this. The other thing is how would I know if I have a screwed up luteal phase? Thanks a bunch!! Hope all you girls are doing great!!
Also, you usually ovulate 2 weeks before your NEXT period, which is why it's hard to tell because you can't predict the future. But if you can figure out how long your cycle is and track your temps it will be easier to figure out.
Just get a BBT thermometer. You can get one from Walgreens for $8-$10. That's all you need. You can actually use a regularRegular insulin thermometer but the BBT thermometers are more sensitive and may be your best bet. You can chart on FF for free.
When charting, you should take your temp everyday at the same time and it should be before getting out of bed in the morning. I recommend setting an alarm for the weekends if you get up earlier during the week. That's what I do. I have my thermometer on my night stand and as soon as the alarm goes off, I take my temp. I wasn't sure what you knew about charting, so I just wanted to give you some tips :)
Good luck!!
