It could be the position of the baby.  But it may not have anything to do with the baby.  Normally back pain associated with the baby would be more the lower back.  Did you lift anything heavy??

No I have just been sitting down as well as walking...do you think this is meaning my baby is in trouble?

I don't think so because I really think the pain would be in the lower part of the back; which can be very normal the bigger you get.  I always get lower back pain the last couple of months.  If you are really worried, I would call your doctor and see what he/she tells you.

I would try to lay down and see what the pain does.  If it persists and/or gets worse, you may want to call the doctor.  It may make you feel better.  I understand how you feel.  I have 5 kids and worry a little until they come out!!!

I know!WOW! 5 kids! you must have done a lot of worrying!  Well the pain comes and goes...its not persisitent so is that a good sign? And my baby is also moving a little...

I would call your doctor if the pain is coming and going it could be contractions.
