PPD Community please read

I am a memeber of the PPD community.  I read a post tonight that has me absolutly scared to death for this woman and her child.  I am reaching out to all of you to please go in to the forum and reply to this post titled "help".  The post is as follows:

HI ALL I HAVE HAD PND FOR JUST OVER A YEAR NOW AND WAS IN A PHYCIATRIC UNIT FOR SIX MONYHS AS I WAS AND STILL AM A RISK TO MYSELF,I HAVE FREQUENT THOUGHTS OF HARMING MY BABY AND THIS SCARES ME TO TEARS,THEY WILL NOT GO AWAY.
I HAVE ALSO GOT AN OVERACTIVE THYROID,JUST BEEN FOUND WHICH PROBABLY IS NOT HELPING ANXIETY,I AM TOTTALLY RIDDLED .
JUST SICK OF THOUGHTS,LIFE,ANXIETY,BEING LOW,ALL OF IT I KNOW FOR A FACK I AM A WEAK EVIL PERSON WHO DESERVES TO DIE.

This woman needs so much support.  I don't know what to say to her that could help.  But maybe some of you can.  I know that all of you have given such great advice to others and have helped them through some of the most difficult times in out lives.  I cannot get this post out of my mind.  Even if you have no experience with PPD there must be someone that can give her some words of encouragment that just might help her through.

I would just try to say something really positive and encourage her to return to the medical community for some more help...medication for ppd AND the thyroid...I wish I had better advice!

Thanks.  I am just so worried for this person that I don't even know.  I think about her wanting to harm her baby and the pain she must be feeling.  I am so scared for their well being.
