I think I know what you are talking about. With my 1st I had it in my shoulder as well, one day it would be there the other day it wouldnt, or two days and a day or so off. It is really a "Pregnancy thing" What I have been told it could be a sciatic nerve. My SIL had it in her leg/hip. This time around I am getting it in my leg/hip around, it has something to do with this nerve because it runs under the uterus.

I've had something like that for a couple of weeks now.  Mine is a sore kind of pain and if I move certain ways it hurts.  It's on my right side by my shoulder blade in the rib area but not quite under my arm.  I notice it if I try to sleep on my right side or when I have to use my right hand to tear off a roll of toilet paper on my left side.  It has gotten a little better over time.  Not sure what it is, but my guess is a strained muscle or something.

I checked it out- sounds like you are having many of the signs of pre-eclampsia.  I would definitely call the doctor.  Try not to get too upset but do take it seriously; that can turn into a big problem if it is just let go and not managed well.  I'm not sure what all they do for it, but they need to monitor it.

All of the signs you are having can be very NORMAL pregnancy stuff!! But I see you call your dr. I would just ask him to check your urine.

You should have it checked out to be safe, but it could be that you just slept on it wrong. I get neck cramps when my toddler climbs in bed with us. It can hurt for days. Hope you feel better.

I called and they said they normally just go by BP so I need to go to a clinic after work and have them take it manually and then call back....the nurse acted like I was over reacting....I sure hope so...
