Positive for Anticardiolipin IGA - Should I take baby aspirin?

I just took a pregnancy test last night and it was positive. I would be 4wks and 1 day pregnant. I had a beautiful baby girl (my 2nd) by c-section on May 30th. She is only 5 months. This pregnancy is completely unexpected and a HUGE surprise. Since the birth of my daughter, I have had dizziness/lightheadedness that is unexplained. In the process of trying to figure out that problem, my neurologist discovered my PTT was abnormal. This flagged me for a potential blood clotting disorder, so I was referred to a hematologist. My hematologist re-tested me and I was positive for 1 anticardiolipin antibody, beta-2 glycoprotein IGA (at 22... normal ref range up to 18). My IGG and IGM have always been normal. During my last round of blood work my PTT was normal. My hematologist believes I should take a baby aspirin daily, but no Lovenox (injectable blood thinner) at this time. I am scared for my health. My #1 priority is my two children that are here, my 3 yr old boy and 5 month old baby girl. I must stay around and be healthy to raise these babies. I don't want to have a stroke, clot or embolism. Does anyone have a recommendation or high risk OB in Dallas that specializes in treating APS patients? Any thoughts appreciated!

You can take baby aspirin if directed by a medical professional. Most people with blood clotting disorders do while pregnant.
