Pregnancy or period

I know this question is asked alot but I would apriciate the help. I am on the birth control patch but last month I forgot to put a new one on for a week, so ihad to stop taking it than my period came late and I put on a new patch the Sunday after my period ended. I had an unprotected sex a few times the next week or so and now about two weeks after the start of my last period I have very light dark brown bleeding,could this be implemtation bleeding? I greatly apprieciate any advice as I actually kinds hope I am pregnant :)
