Pregnancy symptoms?

Hi I am pregnant with twins (7weeks) and I haven't really felt alot of pregnancy symptoms except for sore breasts.  I was just wondering when you all started to notice more signs.

well every woman is different... some tend to have just 1 or 2 preggo symptoms ..while others have every symptom in the book.... with my first pregnancy i only had sore boobs as well... no other symptom... not even food craving... with my second pregnancy i had headache, sore boobs,  i was craving spicy foods and all kinds of salads.. nausea, fatigue, sleepines u name it i had it. u may be blessed with amazing pregnancy feeling just sore boobs.all the best .

Hi. I"m only 7 weeks pregnant also and most days I don't even know I'm pregnant unless I accidently bump up against something with my boobs.  The past few days, I have felt a bit of queeziness but that last maybe 30 minutes or so and then it's gone.   I know every pregnancy is different but it's kind of comforting to know that someone has no symptoms either.

Yes I am american. I had a scan done at 6w5d and thats how we found out.  They usually don't do a scan unitl 8 weeks but I was seeing a fertility specialist so we did it sooner.

Thank you for your comments.  Since I had 2 m/c in 06 I've been so worried that evrything is going ok. It's good to know that other people who are in early pregnancy feel the same way.

I also have almost no pregnancy symptoms, except fatigue, and sometimes sore boobs. Sometimes I wish that I had more symptoms so at least I could feel pregnant. I am constantly worried that I will lose my baby and I won't have an ultrasound for another 2 weeks. It seems so long. Also, my belly doesn't seem to be growing much, and that worries me. Does anyone know how big it's supposed to be at 9 weeks?
