Pregnant, Bleeding, BETA levels drop then slowly rise

Found out i was pregnant last month, my last menstural period was 5/20
I started to bleed about 3 1/2 weeks ago it wasnt too heavy or light it was like a normal period..
i went to the local womens clinic and they did a BETA blood test and also an ultrasound nothing showed up on the ultrasound.. i went back 2 days later for another BETA and got results that they had dropped but only by 10 which wasnt good enough to really rule anything out.. they suggested i gave more blood so i did and got results that my test had then went up about 200 since i was still regularly bleeding they suggested i do 1 more blood test i jst got my results back and they told me those raised about 150 (which isnt a normal raising rate for a pregnancy)i am still bleeding but have no other symptoms they basically told me they are at a dead end and clueless on what could be going on... I am so worried i cant sleep or eat... has anyone else had any problem similar to this experience? what is your input on what you think could possibly be happening

Kind of sounds like vanishing twin, with a questionable prognosis for the remaining embryo.  Try to eat and sleep because it won't help to abstain from these, you need your strength no matter how things turn out.  Go in for another two or three hCG draws 48 hours apart.  They should clarify whether your hCG is rising at an appropriate rate.
