Pregnant or bladder infection?

Help!
I am so confused-I tested negative for a urine test for pregnancy but have a bladder infection that the doc seemed caused my symptoms:
backache
exhaustion
frequent urination
abdominal pain
but I have veiny breasts,discoloured nipples and 1 week late for AF...no blood test HCG leves were taken-Should I get a second opinion?'????

It would be best to do another test if your still having doubts. But those symptoms are consistent with a bladder infection and you wouldn't normally have those kinds of symptoms that early on in pregnancy.
