Are they safe to use for heartburn relief? I am having the worst heartburn and I am desperate to find a way to stop the pain! Thanks!

I think Rolaids are fine. I personally take Tums, but I am almost positive they are both safe! Definitely Tums tho! I know those are safe! =D

I was told to use tums, and that rolaids weren't "good for the baby."
But tums didn't do SH*T for me!
So I was a rolaid popper. lol
So was my MIL.

My mom used pepto, and you're REALLY not supposed to use that stuff, and her kid is perfectly fine. lol
