Should i be worried?

My boyfriend has been on Methadone for about 8 monthes now and we recently just tried for me to get pregnant.. We are not having nay luck.. Will his methadone effect his chances of getting me pregnant?

it could possibly. im not really sure how methadonw effects sperm count and such, but you could always do a little research online. you should be able to find something. good luck tho! :)

If you just recently started trying (say like a month or two), you may not get pregnant. A lot of women have trouble getting pregnant! Even when they try and try. Some take a year to get pregnant, some on the first try. If you find out that Methadone doesn't affect sperm count, it could be that it just wasn't your month! You think it would be easy to get pregnant but it can be really hard! I got pregnant on accident! lol My cousin tried for about 6 months before she found out on Thanksgiving she was pregnant. She's due in July! So it can take a few months! Don't get discouraged though. It'll happen!
