So, I feel like I'm finally starting to figure out my cycle post bc pills. My cycles are around 37 days long, and I seem to ovulate (or so I think around day 22 or so) So, this past week was my fertile week and I had the textbook ewcm all week, which I feel is a pretty good indication I was fertile. So, todaly I go to the bathroom, and I had the largest amount of ewcm ever! Which means basically I'm going on 7 days of having this, which isn't normalNormal saline flush I've heard, and not only that, but it means that I have a luteal phase defect.
Has anyone else experienced this? I'm just so frustrated! I feel like everything is in working order, and them something happens.
Oh it's not normalNormal saline flush? How long are you suppost to have CM for? I know I get alot of it sometimes but I guess haven't paid much attention to how long I'm having it for. How long should your luteal phase be?
Your luteal phase (according to many websites I've looked at) say it should be from anywhere from 10-14 days. If I truly just ovulated now, and if I get my AF around the 17th, that means mine is really short. They (they being the experts) say that a short luteal phase is a big reason for miscarriages.
