TSH of 0.01 and lower is very rare.

Is sister taking concomitant glucocorticoids (usually in high doses) or dopamine. Does she have anorexia nervosa.  Did doctor do the FTs?

If she has destructive thyroiditis (including post-viral subacute thyroiditis and postpartum thyroiditis) resolves spontaneously. Treatment, apart from symptomatic therapy (e.g., beta-blockers), is usually not required

However, I am not a doctor.  So what does her doctor say(?)
