The worst pain in the world

I am in so much pain right now I feel like I might pass out.. LAst night at work I broke my upper back tooth in half and it hurts sooo bad.. I have been taking tylenol all day and rinsing my mouth with mouthwash and salt water but nothing helps.. I dont have a dentist so I have to spend tomorrow searching for one that takes access and that can get me in asap.. what can I do til then?

Is there any chance that orajel may work?  I dont know, it may not even cause a dent in the pain, but it worth a shot....

oh, hun i know how you feel and i'm so sorry...  mouth/tooth pain is the worst pain in the world!  i've even had to go to the hospital before to get help b/c it was at nighttime.  i've also had to have a tooth pulled in 2 different pregnancies (both closer to the end of the pregnancy) and all they could give me was novacaine (OUCH!).  seriously, if you can't make it until tomorrow, go see if hospital will be able to give you anything for it (that's safe while you're pregnancy of course.).
