the only thing i can tell you is drink plenty of water,and if that don't help you may need more electrolites in your diet,try gatorade.it might help other than that I am am as lost as you are
I had this symptom. Around 8-10 weeks, I couldn't get enough water. It's like my mouth was always dry. I was drinking about 100oz of water a day plus milkBreast milk Breast milk jaundice Lactose intolerance Nipple discharge - abnormal and whatever else. I can say that this does ease up. I'm not nearly as thirsty now, 18 weeks, but still drinking plenty.
