Hello ladies, I was just wondering if any of you ladies have problems sleeping at night. I will be 22 weeks tomorrow and I have the worst trouble sleeping at night. It takes me forever to fall asleep (like 3 am) and if I wake up to go potty (like 3 times a night) it takes me forever to fall asleep. I start thinking about all this stuff we have to get for the baby, bill, house stuff, etc. My mind just rambles on and on. Am I the only one??? what helps us to sleep??? It's like my body is so tired that once I finally go to sleep I want to sleep until 4pm everyday.
I hate it. My hubby is all snuggled in the bed sleeping his lil heart away and here I am tossing and turning...ugh..At least I'm not alone...Maybe it will get better!!
That is about every pregnant womanWomen's way's life right there, hon! You're def. not alone. While you're tossing and turning and staring at the ceiling, so are thousands of other pregnant womenWomen's way...........
I've just recently found out I was pregnant, I think I'm about 3 weeks, I'll find ouy 4 sure next week, but I can't sleep long at all I wake up sometimes 4am, and I might go back to sleep doing the day but most of the time I don't. I told a friend of mine about it bc not to long of go she had a baby, she said it was commonCommon cold, but eventually I'll start back sleeping right & I truly can't wait. Did any of you experience that this early (3wks)? Did any of you cramp?
I'm only 12 weeks and I have been like that for weeks. I'm not stressed or anything I think of stupid things like driving the car through the car wash tomorrow. I sleep good from about midnight to 3 AM then it's pee and toss & turn time. I don't remember this with my son. I read a few weeks back other womenWomen's way talking about it so it must be common:)
Try writing down everything that is bugging you, TO DO lists, etc. You might still feel a little insomnia, but you may fall asleep faster!
