Vitamin A supplement

Hi, I just discovered I am pregnant with a test (first month), and I took for the last week (for about 7 days up to today) some dietary supplements of vitamins minerals etc for skin-hair-nails (vitamin shoppe),  with a 10000 IU content per day of Vitamin A.
will this be dangerous for the child?
please, i am really worried, can you give some advise?

I just read that the dietary supplement contained vitamin A as beta-carotene. It's quite releifing, but I am still worried. waiting for advices, thanks
