What do you all think? O-spotting, UTI, or something else???

by mommyoftwo28644, Jun 02, 2008 01:29PM
We are currently TTC baby #3 and (TMI and I have never been through this before). I ovulated on CD 22 and on CD 23 & 24 I had some light spotting with watery and creamy CM. Sorry if this is TMI!! Is this normal or could there be a chance that something might be wrong? Like I said before with neither of my children, did I go through something like this. I also have the symptoms of backache, frequent trips to the restroom, sore bbs. I am currently 5DPO.

Or could this be a possible UTI or yeast infection... being I have never had one of these before also. Thanks!

At a guess i  would say it was ovulation spotting, along with the watery cm,i wouldnt worry to much,at 5dpo it to early to know if its pregnancy related,it wouldnt be implantation, give it another week and take a test, best of luck to you..

I would think it has to do with O. I am ttc #1 so I can't validate the pregnancy symptoms, but I have experieinced both a UTI and yeast infection many years ago. You will defineitely know when you have either of those. Both are very unpleasant. However, if you are still concerned, a quick call the the doctor can never hurt. Good luck.

You will def know when you have a UTI! UTI's are so horrible you'll know about it. Not only to you need to pee more but you will feel VERY uncomfortable - believe me you'll know. It really hurts after you pee for a little bit with a UTI. Also, the difference between UTI frequent urination and pregnancy frequent urination is with pregnancy your bladder feels full, but a UTI you are uncomfortable and feel like you need to just pee to get comfortable, your bladder doesn't feel full. Yeast infections are itchy and don't make you need to urinate. You will get a creamy-cheese like discharge.
I suffer from UTI's a lot, and this is my 2nd pregnancy so I can tell the difference.

Thanks for all the answers, to make it bad enough, AF arrived early but my back has finally quit hurting and I have decided that my LP was really short this month. I guess if I have another one of these then I will go to the dr. Since the last one was over 45 days and this was only 27. Somethings up, but I know maybe my body is trying to get back to normal. Thanks again. Hugs. :o)
