What do you think of this name?

I was going to name my baby Gabriel Mark DeVall if its a boy.  But I cant do that because niece has a baby named Gabriel.  That would be weird.  So what do you think of Elijah Mark DeVall?

My mother in law hates this name.  Do you think I should change it to please her?  I love my inlaws... they have helped us out allot.  But I LOVE this name!  I'm torn.  What do ya'll think?

Exactly like rstorms said, it is your baby. When I was pregnant, I didn't tell people what my names were for baby, I didn't want any ones comments to sway my opinion. I knew what names I wanted for a boy or girl and  I didn't want anyone changing my mind.
The name is great, stick with it!

thanks!  I think I'm going to keep it... she will just have to get over it.  I think that calling him Eli will be cute.  She will just have to nick name my child lol.  My husband likes thins name too.  I always liked Elijah an Mark is my husbands middle name.  So in a way my mother in law picked that name lol.  Thanks ladies.
