How soon did you get heartburn when you found out that you were pregnant?  Just curious!

Pretty soon.  I'd say b/t 15 and 20 weeks it started.  My first pregnancy I didn't know it was HB because I had never had it before.  I described it as acid in my throat.  This time I know better and I keep the Tums on hand.

31 weeks for me

i'm 13 weeks and no heartburn nor morning sickness yet.
It all depends, I've heard that its later in pregnancy for several reasons but that if you get horrible heartburn then your baby will be born with a lot of hair!

It can start as early as the first month. If you have it usually it gets worse in the 3rd month. Good luck.

With my first I was about 6 months and it was BAD, I had to sleep sitting up most of my third trimester.
With this one it started at 11 weeks, I told me OB how bad it got last time so he prescribed me prilosec OTC so I don't have to break the bank on heartburn meds, this way it is free

When?  Cause its waaay overdue, if you are pregnant then Lady, you can start assigning those symptoms to your little bub if you are not then you still need to get checked out cause no period in a couple of months is not normal.
Believe me, pregnancy (atleast so far for me) feels like nothing you have imagined. I barely have any symptoms and if I hadn't tested and seen the little one on a u/s I would not think that I was pregnant because I honestly don't feel much different.  I didn't get any nausea in the first trimester at all or heartburn or anything, just peeing more and growing bbs.
but the lil bub is growing and all is good.
You need to test, once you know then you can go to the next step.  I can't belive  you have waited this long.  I only waited about 4 days after af was due to test.

Its kinda like everytime I test I feel that I blow my chances from testing too soon but I just dont want to see that BFN but my DH is begging me to take one and he is really upset that I dont take one but I think I will take one this weekend and stop playing around...I never been so scared in my life....I prayed to God to send me a sign so I wouldnt have to test.........and see the results.....

Heart burn, for me, has been my worst pregnancy symptom.  With my first pregnancy I had heartburn for a whole week.  It never let up... so I tested an got a bfp.   I'm 29 weeks pregnant now an heart burn an swelling has been my only symptoms.  I never had morning sickness or any thing like that.  I nick named my baby, this pregnancy, BABY TUMS at about 7 weeks.  I have tums by my bed, in my purse, an in my car.  LOL.  So needless to say it depends on the person.  Anita

I'm 28w and I haven't had it once...

I agree with Mumita, you need to test regardless of the outcome!

I think that I got my heartburn about 15wks as well.  But trust me try not to think too much about that because you don't want it to come.  It really *****.  With my second daughter I got it so bad it felt like I wanted to throw up.  I ended up haveing my ob give me something for it and it worked wonders.  Same thing that's happening with this one.  But the one thing that is a down about it is sometimes you can get it so bad that it'll prevent you from eating cause you just dread it comeing.  But I had my ob give me some pills this time too.  So just relax and enjoy the time that you don't have it lol.  But some women don't even get heart burn.  good luck!

Well Lady, now is not too soon, you already passed your Late stage so now its to the point where you are either pregnant or have unexplained Amenorrhea which needs to be checked out by a doctor to see what's causing it.  I wouldn't doubt that you are pregnant but you NEED to test.
I've been watching your posts waiting to see if you have tested.  You need to test girl!  You are in a loving relationship, if you are, I'm sure that your husband will be thrilled if not I'm sure he and your family will support you through this.
But my guess is that you ARE pregnant. :)
