This happened me after i had c section with my daughter.I passed big clots up until 6 weeks after.The day after i was releases i passed a giant clot size of my fist(sorry if tmi)It was quite scary i rang l&d and was told to go e.r.They did scans and said it was fine i reaally thought they had forgotten to take my placenta.They gave me tabs to help get rid of blood.I also had to go on iv while i was in e.r.I would call your ob just to be on the safe side.It should me nothing though.Good luck
