Worried

Hi,

I'm just panicing myself here, but if anyone else has experienced anything similar it would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, im on the birth control pill but missed the 21st pill of the pack (after taking all the others correctly) and had unprotected sex. I didn't take the pill when i remembered as i had been told before that it was ok to miss it. I then got worried and so 36hours i told the morning after pill as a precuation and then carried on with the next pack as advised. I got my period on time and it lasted for the same amount of time. The reason i am worried is because i am having a quite a lot of lower abdominal pains, like before your period, which i never have normally. I took two HPT last week which both came out negative, but after looking online, these pains seem like a sympton of pregnancy.

Is pregnancy still likely or is it more likely that this is due to taking birth control pills and morning after pill?

I really don;t want to be pregnant and i am still very worried about it.

It is possible that you are pregnant, but the chances are slim.  Maybe it is effects from taking the morning after pill??? I've never taken it so I'm not sure, but maybe you could google it and see.

hey i wouldnt worry myself to death. sounds like you are not preg those tests are pretty accurate. you may be having pains for some other reason...take one more test to ease your mind. if the pain continues you might want to see a dr. the chances of u being preg is very very slim. stress can give you all sorts of problems esp in the stomach area.

When I was on the pill one month I skipped a few days and took them again and I was taking the bcp's pretty irregularly and before my scheduled period I had the most intense cramps I had ever had.  I went to the clinic and they did a test and it was negative.  A week later I got my period.  The Dr. said that I had to take the pill every day at the same time or else you'll have complications.  I started taking the pill every day at the same time and my symptoms went away.

I think that the morning after pill can really mess up your system. That may be causing the cramps. when are you due for your period?

probably all the pills but if you continue with the pains call the doc...probably not prego but there is always a chance...you never know!

Hey. Im due for my next period a week on friday. I had my last period completely fine - right day and length, but im still worried.
