abdominal pain

my last period ws on 4oct2008,i didnt get my period till 3nov,bt as doc tld me i m pregnant,bt i hv a lot of  pain in my left side of abdominal.as doc gave an injection for pain likeovidac5000i.u.(chronic gonadotrophin injection i.p. and tablet endogest 200,xtracobal and lodar (green tea xtract ,lycopene,selenium and pridoxine tablets

i had a missscarriage last yr on 4 july2007,i had a dnc last time.and i got a pain in my whole abdomen in last pregnanc,it ws nt a tubal pregnancy,it ws normal,bt there ws o growth of fetus in m 5.3 weeks

dis time test is positive,as doc test in kit.i m scaring ki wat happen dis time?cz i hv a pain
