i am 6dpo and i have last night realised milk from both boobs! I had to have a medical termination in July i was 20 wks(he was found to have a large cyst in the brain) so my question is how soon does your body start to produce milk after fertilisation?am i getting milk bc I'm pregnant or is it just from my previous pregnancy? i don't want to get my hopes up...but here's to hoping.xxx

You would not be getting milk at 6dpo. Esp since it is much to early for any type of pregnancy hormones. I also doubt it would be from your termination.  I would speak to your doctor about it.

Milk will not be produced until after baby is born.  A pregnant women can produce colostrum while pregnant but this wont normally occur until the 2nd trimester at the earliest.

You milk is likely from your previous pregnancy - it can take months (sometimes even over a year) for milk to dry up.

At 6 DPO, you would not experience pregnancy symptoms as implantation likely hasnt even occurred yet.

Im so sorry to here of your previous loss and really hope you get a BFP soon.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss...I also mc my little one this past Oct at 21 weeks.....I am still producing milk and is due to the body  releasing the hormone that produces the milk because the baby is out....best wishes
