anorexia and osteoporosis

Hello,
I have had eating disorders for 22 yrs, in and out of treatment....now have a new treatment team of MD, nutritionist and therapist....considering trying to conceive yet concerned about my osteoporosis BMD about -2.7 ....any help would be appreciated
