bbt charting questions

When I start my period I will have 2-3 days of spotting where my bbt temps stay elevated before my flow picks up. Should I be charting this as the beginning of my menstrual cycle, or non-menstral spotting?

I'd say take it as spotting. If ur temp stays elevated then i would say its not AF yet.
