belly getting bigger

OK I am not a heavy person and this is my 7th pregnancy, 4 births preterm, 2 mc and this one now. I am 6 weeks today. Right above my pubic bone I feel fuller and hard but it does not go out to my sides yet. I know this is my uterus so is this normal? I just had a sonagram and I measured right for what I am, well a few days further but still. At 5w 2d I measured 6 weeks and 5w 6 d I measured 6weeks 1 day. It was done by different hospitals. I am still being watched for twins but so far nothing. Is it normal to feel this this early? I was checked at 5 weeks 2 days and they said my uterus was right at the top of my pubic bone so it was bigger. But if I am only having one I should not being seeing this yet, right?
