beta tripled in 46 hours, want to speculate? Good sign?

First of all I heard the nurse wrong monday, it was 430 at 15 DPO, and today, 46 hours later it is 1275, it tripled??? I know that hcg numbers cant tell me definitivly, but does anyone want to guess how many babies??

It says that you don't even get more morning sickness. I found a top ten for twins when i googled HCG for twins.
It did say though EXTREME fatigue....do you fell tired all the time???
I have said that I have a 'hunch' I am having twins and I don't know whether this is because I am or I want them so bad(it's too early for me to tell and my pregnancy is already complicated enough LOL) but I will definitely be thinking positive for you!!!
and to me it soundslike possibly twins! but some women's levels raise quickly
