I'm not sure what it is exactly but it's probably part of the process... I'm preggo w/my first so I have no experience to share, but I'm pretty sure cramping is very normal at the end of pregnancy as your body prepares for labor/birth. I've had occassional menstrual like cramps too and I'm not as far along as you. My doctor equates it to either BH, normal uterine cramping, or constipation or diarrea (diarrhea). Do you have an appointment soon? Definitely mention it next time you see your doctor. If it's going to be awhile, I'd call if it gets any worse. At least it will give you some peace of mind! Best wishes... you're almost there!! :-D

I would call your doctor if you are concerned. Maybe he can get you in and check you out? I am pregnant w/ my first and am only 15 weeks. I wish I had more advice, but I don't.. =(   Keep us posted!

i'm 31 weeks with twins and have menstrual feeling cramps on a daily basis all day. my ob said it was nothing to worry about unless they come in regular intervals...which mine don't. they just come and go. it could be preterm contractions....that's what i was told they were. that or uterine irritability. both caused from various things. mines because, i guess 12 glasses of water a day isn't enough, i'm dehydrated.

it is def normal so no need to worry unless they get really bad.
