I dont' know if all ectopic pregnancies are the same, but here's what happened to me.

I had PAINFUL heavy bleeding for weeks on end, constant lower abdominal pain, and i was passing strange looking things from my body in the blood. (sorry that's gross i know)

eventually the doctor said i was ready to rupture, and later that day i did ... i nearly died because the pregnancy had stretched my right tube right to the breaking point. i was 7 weeks. if you think that is what's goin on, please get checked. but i do know that all ectopic pregnancies are PAINFUL and i know little pains here and there are normal. (i'm pregnant with my third child)

good luck

When in doubt, call your doctor! They'll let you know what should be done (sonogram, trip to ER, signs to look for, etc.).

It is not necessary to have bleeding for ectopics. I didnt have any bleeding or cramps or pains with my first ectopic untill it ruptured one fine morning... I am not trying to scare you, but keep checking your hcg levels and get ultrasounds if you have any concerns

At 6 weeks if it was eptopic you would be in major pain, what your experiencing seems perfectly normal.welcome to the morning sickness.

To: all
hey all, i had ectopic pregnancy in July and got really sick from it. It exploded inside of me, and i had to have emergency surgery to remove it all. It was a mess and a 4hr operation. I have a massive vertical scar on my tummy, from top to bottom, and my left tube is gone. I have recoved ok, but so so scared of ever getting pregnant again. Im 29, and my fiance and i have been trying for 4 years to get pergnant and this is how it ends. Very sad!
